I’m a Chartered Financial Analyst with a background spanning leveraged finance, corporate M&A, and middle market commercial banking — and a former small business owner who acquired, grew, and exited a company from scratch. That combination of Wall Street training and Main Street operating experience is what Pearl Financial Consulting is built on.

I founded Pearl Financial to give small and growing businesses access to the kind of financial expertise that’s usually reserved for much larger companies — clean, accurate bookkeeping every month and senior-level financial guidance when you need it, without the cost of a full-time hire. How it works

1. Free 30-minute discovery call
We talk through your business — your revenue, your current bookkeeping setup, and where things are breaking down. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about whether we’re a good fit.

2. Onboarding and cleanup
We get access to your accounts, assess the state of your books, and do any cleanup needed to get you to a clean starting point. Most clients are fully onboarded within two weeks.

3. Monthly bookkeeping and reporting
Every month you receive reconciled books, a profit and loss statement, and a balance sheet — delivered on time, every time. Fractional CFO clients also receive a cash flow forecast and a brief monthly summary of what the numbers are telling us.

4. Ongoing access and support
You’re not just buying a deliverable — you’re buying access to a financial expert who knows your business. Email and phone access is included. Quarterly strategy calls are included for CFO clients. When something comes up, you have someone to call.
